Our Technology
PDO Technologies designs, builds, and deploys Advanced Recycling equipment capable of converting dirty and co-mingled plastic waste into high-value products.

While the PDO G2 series of equipment is optimized for the challenges of agricultural plastic waste, including high contaminant loads and residual chemicals from pesticides, it is also capable of processing other types of plastic waste accumulating worldwide.

Our Research & Development facility, shown above, is a subset of our 25-ton-per-day G2 series system. This pilot facility allows us to test, fine-tune and optimize our G2 series equipment and functionality to produce high-value circular polymer feedstocks from a diverse mixture of plastic waste..

The PDO Technologies Generation 2 ("G2 Series") equipment builds upon the fundamentals learned from processing millions of pounds of plastic waste with the first generation of equipment shown here.

The G2 equipment incorporates critical advancements in processing technology, enabling us to process diverse types of plastic waste into high-value feedstocks used in the manufacture of new, virgin-grade plastic.

Our Second Generation "G2-Series" Equipment
The performance of our G2 Series equipment is unmatched in the industry. The PDO G2 Series can convert up to 94% of processed plastic waste into "Circular Polymer Feedstock" for manufacturing circular, virgin-grade plastics and high-value non-condensable gases used in the conversion process.
