Tom Sprague

Tom Sprague leads operations and special projects for PDO Technologies, with a focus on field execution, system deployment, commissioning, and operational optimization. He brings more than 13 years of hands-on experience managing advanced recycling systems and agricultural plastics processing, including prior operational leadership experience with Agilyx.

At PDO, Tom plays a key role in translating technology and project plans into working operations. His responsibilities include supporting site development, equipment installation, process readiness, mechanical recovery integration, and the day-to-day execution needed to scale Ag Plastic Circularity Centers. His background in advanced recycling operations, combined with practical experience handling difficult agricultural plastic streams, supports PDO’s ability to move from concept to commercial deployment.
