Mike Bennett

Mike Bennett supports PDO Technologies with advanced recycling product development, technology execution, and process improvement experience developed through years of work in the plastic-to-oil and circular plastics industry.

Mike previously served as Director of New Product Development at Agilyx, where he worked within the engineering and development organization focused on advancing technologies for converting waste plastics into synthetic crude oil and other circular products. His background gives him direct experience with the technical, operational, and product-development challenges involved in taking advanced recycling systems from concept into practical application.

At PDO, Mike’s experience supports the continued development and refinement of the company’s advanced recycling platform, including system performance, product quality, process optimization, and the conversion of difficult plastic waste streams into higher-value circular feedstocks. His prior work at Agilyx strengthens PDO’s depth of experience in commercializing plastic conversion technology and scaling practical solutions for complex waste plastics.
