Brent Bostwick

Brent Bostwick serves as Chief Commercialization Officer for PDO Technologies, supporting business development, market strategy, customer relationships, and commercial execution across PDO’s advanced recycling and agricultural plastics initiatives.

Brent brings a broad background in business development, executive leadership, and early-stage commercialization. He was part of the founding team of Agilyx, where he helped advance one of the early commercial plastic-to-oil platforms and supported major customer, offtake, and market development efforts. His experience includes startup formation, technology commercialization, strategic partnerships, and scaling new business models from concept into market-facing opportunities.

At PDO, Brent focuses on building the commercial pathways needed to support the company’s Ag Plastic Circularity Center platform, including feedstock partnerships, project development, customer engagement, financing support, and downstream market access for recovered and circular products.
