Bill McAtee leads Plant Operations for PDO Technologies, bringing deep hands-on experience in plant management, production execution, equipment operations, and advanced recycling system deployment.

Bill previously served as an Operations Director with Agilyx, where he gained direct experience in plastic conversion technology and the operational requirements needed to move advanced recycling systems from development into real-world plant operations. His background includes more than 14 years of plastic conversion technology experience, along with broader operations and manufacturing leadership across production oversight, equipment coordination, vendor evaluation, cost control, team building, and project execution.

At PDO, Bill plays a key role in the practical operation of the company’s advanced recycling platform. His work supports plant readiness, day-to-day operating discipline, equipment performance, safety, production reliability, and the successful processing of difficult plastic waste streams. His Agilyx experience and plant-level operating background strengthen PDO’s ability to execute, optimize, and scale commercial advanced recycling operations.
