Dr. Andrea C. Neal serves as Chief Financial Officer for PDO Technologies, bringing deep experience across clean technology, sustainability, circular carbon recovery, project finance, and environmental markets. Her career has focused on advancing technologies and business models that support circular carbon solutions, transitional fuels, water remediation, greenhouse gas reduction, and the monetization of difficult-to-recover waste streams. Dr. Neal’s background includes founding and leading clean technology companies, developing funding and due diligence packages for equity and debt financing, and supporting commercialization strategies for emerging environmental technologies. At PDO, she supports financial strategy, capital planning, project development, and the company’s broader mission to convert agricultural and non-recyclable plastic waste into higher-value circular products.
